First off, I never write reviews. But after seeing so many negative reviews about this frame, I just had to. I have bought 5 of these digital photo frames in the past year (the 10” Wi-Fi): Two for myself and 3 as gifts. I’ve never had a problem with any of them. Not only is the design sleek, modern and will fit into any home decor, the display is large, beautiful, and crisp. The app is also easy to use.I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have not had any of the software problems that others have had, and feel that they must be one offs/lemons.Although photos can be rotated by rotating the frame, I have one frame for my vertical photos and one frame for my landscape/horizontal photos. I love this, and having the option to display both - fully – on the screens. My husband and I love them. We have one in our kitchen and one in our family room, and love getting to see photos of family and friends, along with meaningful quotes that I put on it.My only complaints are:1) I wish you could upload more than 10 photos at a time (for free)2) I wish that the software allowed you to organize your photos into photo albums within the app, that you could switch between. (Like the Amazon Echo Show.). For example, I would love to create an album within the app for Christmas photos, and display only those during the holiday season. This would be a really awesome feature. Maybe one day the Frameo developers will do this!3) I wish it came in a Wi-Fi version of the 7” size4) I wish they would make it in some larger, XL sizes. Even ones big enough to hang on the wall.I love anything acrylic, and I love the look of this digital photo frame. It’s very unique and I get compliments on it all the time! It also makes a GREAT wedding gift or gift for the grandparents, so that you can send photos to their frame (even long-distance.). We bought one for my mother-in-law last Christmas, and she absolutely loves it.I can’t recommend this frame enough!

I read a bunch of reviews on this frame and almost didn’t buy because of some negatives. But I’m glad I ignored them. Some people just always find something to complain about.This digital frame looks stellar. The clear frame of it is awesome. The screen is clear and bright. And loading photos is super easy using the phone app. You have to load them 10 at a time. So it takes a little time. But it’s kind of fun and not at all burdensome. I love having the clock on it.I would absolutely buy this again for myself and will consider it when I need a gift this year.

Didn't come with the memory card but once I got that it was easy to setup. The settings are nice and give you some control over the slides. I had to resize the photos that were taken on my phone in the vertical mode so they fit the screen better.

Not just does the digital frame not work and is made of poor quality, it is also dangerous! The remote requires two AAA batteries, I insert them, had the batteries in the remote for about five minutes (exactly the time it took me to figure out the frame doesn't work right). My attempt to remove the batteries out of the remote burned my fingers! It literally burned my fingers! Clearly! Something is very wrong with this product! It is a fire hazard big time! Beside this, the screen is wavy and doesn't display JPEG pictures at all. Definitely not a keeper.

This product is user friendly, came quickly and has a remote! My mother loves it

I love this beautiful and heavy frame. The pics are super easy to add if you are familiar with the phone/camera on your cell....downloading is pretty straightforward. You can easily change the picture direction on the frame from landscape to horizontal. The first frame I ordered when plugged in, did not come on. I quickly started the return process and that was easy. I received my new frame within 2 days, so no issues if there is a problem. My mom also ordered one, and had no problems. I would definitely order this again or use as a gift!!!

We're returning this item. It is very poor quality and not as we expected it to be. There is no way for it to sit upright, it has to be plugged in in order to run, and the graphics look like something out of 2005.

I bought this as a gift and now I absolutely want one for myself. The frame's look and durability were top-notch, and I found it very easy to set up. I loved all the fantastic features it came with.

Porta retratos pratico e simples, fácil manuseio, instrução interna em português, dimensão total 17cm, tela de exposição 15cm, a foto no modo paisagem reproduz bem, no modo janela fica bastante estreita, importante saber que vem com tomada de pino quadrado que requer adaptador (fácil de achar), boa qualidade de reprodução, uso um pen drive pequeno de 8 GB (fica bem escondido atrás) com mais de 3000 fotos. Amazon entregou no prazo, como sempre, e chegou perfeito. Lembrando que não tem memoria interna nem WiFi, caso queira um que tenha, o menor preço é o dobro do valor...

La aplicación Frameo no permite mandar fotos completas, solo permite seleccionar una parte de la foto. No se puede generar una cuenta de Frameo.

Venho muito bem embalado e como primeira impressão está ótimo
