These ice packs really work well. Very good size to cover a large area. They're soft enough to move them the way you need to in order to cover the area you need to ice. The gel stays cold for a long time. The fact that it comes as a 4 pack, is excellent since you can switch between them, if you need to ice for a longer time. And the elastic band is a great idea because it secures the ice pack in the area you need to, without having to hold it,making it easy to keep it there for a longer time.

The pouch’s velour side is soft and effective so far at protecting against cold burns while still providing enough coldness if used over a sweatshirt. The strap edges aren’t irritating to the skin under my arm and the Velcro is strong. I did wish it stayed cold longer until I realized that it actually stays cold enough for the right amount of time to ice an injury, which is good if I’m icing it in bed and fall asleep on it. If I do want to ice it longer I can grab another one out of the freezer. The packs freeze pretty quickly and there are four of them so I’ve never found myself without one. I wish they were a little bigger but that’s on me.

I like the size and flexibility of these ice packs. They are working great for my badly sprained ankle. They freeze well but are still able to mold around my ankle.

I really like how it comes with the cover for the ice packs. Cover is soft, I was worried it was going to feel harsh on the skin but it’s not. Definitely great way to keep cool in the summers too.

I actually bought this to help my Golden cool off in the Florida heat. I love that it comes with two sets of gel packs! I was able to place one set in the freezer to cool while using the other set. Cools my boy right off! The Velcro doesn’t pull his hair and it is big enough to give plenty of room to fit my dogs! (55lbs-80lbs) will be purchasing another one!

These gel ice packs are thick and substantial, but stay flexible when frozen. The included strap and cover are well designed with a Velcro closure, very adjustable for waist, shoulder, arm or leg use. Recommend.

I bought a variety of gel packs for a surgery. These are somewhat moldable and last the longest I suggest putting a soft sock around it before putting against your skin because it’s extremely cold.

I'm surprised this product has good reviews. You cannot feel the gel packs through the towel. It is not cold enough to help. Doesn't seem like it would hold up long either.

Very impressed. Sturdy, soft, malleable, good size, and they keep the heat longer than others i have used for years. I use heat for arthritis in my hands after working or motorcycling.

These are great, they are thin enough to lay on and hold the cold for 20 to 30 mins especially when the pack is in the freezer over night. Theve help with my injury legs and so far over a month the packs are durable.

I purchased these to ice my knees and they are perfect. They are much nicer to use than a dollar store version ice pack. No watery packs anymore! The covering is very comfortable.

We use ice packs mostly but tried it for heat and it worked well too. I like the soft bag to slip it in as well. Good quality gel packs.

These have held up nicely. Keep a couple in the freezer and two and room temp to be microwaved. Handy, good price and they are all intact and usable. I'm happy I bought these. I'd recommend
