Poor condition, bad quality, missing parts, etc.
The couch is uncomfortable and of bad quality. Arrived in a ripped box, missing 7 out of the 8 screws, with some of the wheels already assembled (indicating this item was previously returned). Visible stains. And yo too it off for me to be able to return it, needs to be in the original package… which is not possible because was all ripped…
