How far can the 5G go as I have a 3 bedroom house?

Depends on the material your house is made, modern houses have barely any structural internal wall so you should be fine. Houses made with bricks and concrete walls (on the inside), you may have some issues.

Where do I find the wireless key/password? Have set-up using the wizard but cannot see the password to access the net.

I think I had this issue, I believe you have to use the app in the first instance and then you can enable web log in

Technically yes, however there are different standards of PoE and quality differences between ethernet cables, so don't just expect you can buy any old stuff and expect it to work, you'll need to find out the specific specs of each of the devices and cables to make sure it does.
