This is a great camera that has excellent image quality and is good for monitoring pets, children or pretty much anything!It has easy to use and setup software that allows you to setup and control the camera very well and you can move the focus of the camera with simple finger movements on the screen of your phone. You can tilt the camera up or down or scan from side to side all with your finger tip movement on the phone screen.I think you will be very happy with this camera just as I am!

Set up is a little tedious, but once the camera is set up, it works great! I originally received one as a gift to put in a room for my new kitten so I could watch her while I was at work, and I have since purchased 3 additional cameras to put in the other rooms of my house to watch my cat! I have had no issues so far with any of them. You can take photos and record video if you have the app open and are looking at the feed. If you want the camera to record video while you are not looking at the open app on your phone, you either have to get a sim card or purchase cloud storage in the app separately. I have not done either so I cannot comment on that. But for purposes of live viewing, they work just fine!

Update, after having this camera for a while now I have a couple complaints. The feature to talk through the camera is hit or Miss and when it does work it is very difficult to understand. Also when trying to move the camera to see the entire viewing area the app or something freezes and you have to log out and restart. I purchased this to keep an eye on my new foster dog. Had to call support for installation and the person was patient and helpful with me. Daytime , night and zoom picture are good. The sound and motion detection are very sensitive and I’ll need to play around and see if the sensitivity can be adjusted. If you have it on auto rather than day or night setting it may appear black and white if the area is not very bright. If you really want to see a color picture set it manually to day and night as needed. Also when you move the camera to a different room it has to be reset back online. The port to the camera seems tight and I worry about constantly unplugging it to move it to another area that it will break…..but it is fulfilling the need that I have. I also know the technician asked if I had 5g and inferred that this camera won’t work with 5g. Overall , I am very satisfied.

Very satisfied with this product! Have purchase multiple ones now and I’ve been very impressed by the company’s customer service. The app is very easy to use and the image/feedback is very good.

I did not have this camera a year before the camera had some form of hardware malfunction which does not allow you to see anything in the evening time. When I purchased the camera I thought it came with a warranty and yet I am unable to do anything in regards to replacing the camera outside of purchase another. Prior to these last few weeks the camera has worked just fine although the color has not been consistent and primarily stayed black and white. For the price the camera is fine, but be prepared to buy another one if you want to make it a full year using it.

Since the day I got it, I’ve been trying and trying and trying and trying and trying to make this work and pair it up and it never pairs up. It’s never enough whatever I do it’s just the worst by ever.

I ordered this camera to be able to check on my pets and talk to them while out of town.The camera was easy to set up via the app, and I was able to see them clearly and talk to them. I knew it worked because each time I talked the pets would look at the camera. You can easily view the room by swiping your finger in the direction you want the camera to go. I highly recommend this camera.
