I’ve dropped my Stanley an insane amount of time in class and while it’s super embarrassing to hear it fall, I don’t have to go through the added embarrassment of cleaning up the spilled water anymore.

They don’t stop my drink from spilling, it’s good to keep my drink covered up and that’s it

Wonderful fit and watertight! It does require a larger straw than my Stanley came with, so purchased that as well. The only downside, is the mouth piece part slips out of place easily if the straw is knocked out of place. It's easy to pop back in, but still just a little inconvenient. Otherwise, 5 stars.

If you attach these, yes, it makes it spill proof, but you can’t suck from the straw. When you suck through a straw, it needs air, but if you attach all of these, you’ve just created an air tight container (think of drinking a super thick shake and not being able to get anything out of the straw). Therefore, while using these, every time I would try to take a drink the inner stopper would pop off, thus allowing my cup to once again leak if tipped over. Once it pops off, in order to place it back on and make the cup leakproof again, you have to fish the attachment out of your drink…every time you take a drink. I’m assuming the 5-star ratings are from consumers who love the idea and haven’t actually tried it yet. It’s a great idea if it actually made my Stanley leakproof. I should return these, but at this price, it’s not worth the hassle! That’s what I get for listening to an Instagram influencer saying they are the best ever.

These are cute but pointless at least for my version of the Stanley cup. They don’t fit the fold down straw. I’m not planning to buy a different lid type so they will not be used.

Well, at first, everything worked. I then showed a family member the setup and did the flip with water; sure enough, it started leaking. I couldn't understand what happened, so I removed the lid, and the silicone that air is supposed to escape in the middle of the lid was in the water. I have to fish it out of the water every time I add more water to my Stanley, and it's a pain in the arse. I fixed it back on the area as I have a Flowstate Quencher H2.0, and again, the silicone in the middle for air was floating in the water. I wasted money and am disappointed!

I use stainless steel straws in my Stanley that are a little too small and water tends to leak around them. These fit perfect, have lasted quite awhile, and wash up well in the dishwasher.
