It works wonders but for a very short period of time.Would have been better if it had worked for at least 30-45 minutes and not 10-15 minutes.

Low quantity and short timed cooling
The cooling wears off in 20 seconds even after keeping it in the fridge overnight pathetic ice pads

The cooling remains for less than 1 min
I put this gel pad in freezer for a full day. The gel should retain its cooling for at least 10 - 15 mins. As soon as I put it on it gets to the room temperature in a minute and it is of no use after that.
