for me it's comfortable and the back support is in the right spot the massage isn't that great it's more of a vibrating and I have to sit hard to really feel it but for a chair I guess it's not bad overall I like it....well worth the money

Came on time as described

A different model than I ordered was delivered, without the massage feature. I didn't realize that until I had already unboxed and assembled the chair. This was a gift for someone to use as a gaming chair, and the seller didn't have the right one in stock, so I kept this one (at a slight discount).The photo is misleading, as the person who asked for the chair thought that the lights depicted on the product page were part of the chair, not just an artist's addition.The padding is very stiff, and while the seat is adjustable for tilt, the adjustment is slight. The price of the chair was reasonable, but shipping costs doubled it, and for the price I could have found a better one locally. I would have, but expected the massage feature would make a difference, and was disappointed that it wasn't included as it should have been.

It was easy to put together and came with spare parts

I have put together several computer chairs due to being in a family of 6. This chair is by far the easiest one that I have put together. The instructions are easy to understand. Parts are labeled so there is no misunderstanding on how to put the chair together. The tool included is great. It took about 15 minutes to put together. I am very happy with the chair and plan to order more when my kids need a new chair.

The thought is there. There’s a chord that you plug into an outlet from the underneath of the chair to activate the “massaging” factor. But the wheels have trouble spinning, so the chair scrapes against the floor and scratches it.

Not the best quality but definitely worth the price had mine for almost a year and it still looks brand new.

Was not as sturdy as I was looking for, but at least this chair was better than the last one and the vibrator works better.
