I was looking for a pair of sandals that gave my feet support and that I could do a lot of walking in. These sandals do not disappoint! Out of the box I was able wear them all day without having to break them in as suggested. The only negative I have is about the Velcro (as many have already mentioned). Getting them adjusted so they won’t be too tight or too lose is a challenge. With a buckle, you know what hole to use. With Velcro, you have to guess where to place the strap each time. It’s also hard to fine-tune-adjust the strap with Velcro. Also, the buckle hits right at base of the bone on the side of my ankle but luckily it wasn’t a problem, no blister. Over all, I’m very happy I found these and even happier that I got them at such a good price ($35-$40 off!).

I'll be taking these sandals with me to Europe in a month. I never thought I'd own a pair of sandals with a velcro strap...ha, ha....but so convenient!

For outdoors gathering

I love Vionic shoes! Your foot is secure in there so it is almost like walking barefoot because you’re barely aware of having shoes on your feet. They’re light and unbelievably comfortable and supportive.The only thing I don’t like is the Velcro close because it’s awkward to reach and wrap them around your foot and makes them look like old lady shoes. You don’t notice the Velcro when they’re on tho, just hard to avoid the Velcro rip noise if you take them off around other people.
