Bags are good quality but there was only 11 necklaces and 1 of them was missing the charm, so 2 kids will not get one

Missing pieces!!
Very upset that this didn't come with all the pieces. I ordered 2 sets so I would have enough for all my class but each set was missing pieces. One set was missing a flashlight and a bracket, the other set was missing a bracket and an astronaut. I don't have enough time to send it back so I guess I'll have to make do and hope the kids don't notice.
