Arrived damaged, lots of large chunks

Efficient delivery on my Snowflake woodchip bale, previous bales have arrived pierced or damaged somehow, as a result of rough care in transit, but this was perfect and thank you to the supplier. The product is always excellent and this is no exception, a great substrate for small animals, very good quality woodchip. Thank you and I'll be ordering again when I need the next one! Highly recommended to other prospective purchasers.

Does the job and hammie seems to like it. One extra large bag lasts me about 2 months with a Ferplast Mini Duna.Takes a few days to arrive. I order two bags a go and the first time I ordered it came wrapped in black liner so not the best packaging, but second time it was in a proper box.
