This is a great controller, arrived on time and it’s fun to use. It lights up perfectly when used. So pleased!!!

Having had our fair share of terrible wireless remote controllers, when the inevitable cry of "Dad, my controller isn't working anymore!" rang out, my eyes rolled upwards, and I thought, "Here we go again!" as I started to search Amazon for another replacement.In all honesty, I stumbled onto this controller from Aqouta and sold by Super Family Limited, but I'm so glad that I did, as they are genuinely some of the best we, as a family, have ever used. They are very responsive with no perceptible lag between the movement of the controller and movement on the screen, which is a must for all the games we play.One important aspect, as there are two adults and two children using them, is how they feel. We've had some very "blocky" and hard-feeling ones that didn't sit right in our hands. These controllers are the opposite and feel natural and comfortable, which helps with gameplay. The Vibration function is at the right level, and if it isn't, you can set it yourself and doesn't "jump" out of hands when it goes off (even at its max setting). Although I've not used it personally, my son says the three automatic adjustable turbo speeds are superb, especially for shoot-em-up games.I'm very impressed by these, and although time will tell as to how long they will last, I'm confident that should I need to get more replacements, these will be the first that I turn to.

UPDATE - Following my review below, the seller contacted me with an apology for the defective item and offered me a full refund which I have accepted. The seller was very proactive and provided me with great customer service so, despite the issue with the controller, the seller resolved the situation for me without any issues. After initially feeling let down, the way in which the seller dealt with this problem means I would consider another purchase in the future.This was a Christmas gift for my son. It looks great in use. However, after using it for only 6 days, it stopped working due to one of the buttons becoming faulty as per the image. The button on the right (on the left in the image) is now unable to be pressed as the mechanism inside seems to be defective. As I bought it early to save as a Christmas present, I am unable to return what is clearly a defective item and I've been unable to contact the seller.

All in all, I think this is a good product. I purchase it for my PC although I hadn't wireless connectivity. The USB port in my particular gamepad send is quite wobbly and connectivity temperamental. I unfortuately lost the tiny, not particualary insightful guide and now i am experiencing trouble trying to connect it wireless after a recent purchase of a wireless dongle. The mentioned "Aquota" brand seems to not exist as the actual manufacturer, but is a masive online shop, and I can not contact the seller directly (and can not communicate my enquiry) Technically it is damaged, but I don't neccesarily want a replacement, just support. If I can get the wireless connection working, I'd gladly rate it higher (5 stars no doubt)

This controller is amazing. It is meant to be mine but my ASD daughter has decided otherwise. She loves gaming with this controller as the it turns different colours whilst playing and it really helps her when swimming.

This new controller looks really great the colour and effect of the changing colour looks amazing when being used. My neice is going to love it.

Brought this controller as a spare for my son's Nintendo Switch, he loves it, easy to use and set-up. My son loves changing the lights on the controller when he is playing his games. Comfortable to use.
