This was a gift and very well received. It is kind of a gag gift, but this person likes to go hiking and I don't want them to get lost. It is well made, heavy and easy to read. It should last a lifetime and beyond.

This compass work for two months and two days. I looked at the compass this morning and it was NO LONGER SPINNING. Yes it stopped working. The case is nice, so I am going to try and pop out the compass and replace it with another. Oh well what a waste!!!!
