Very comfortable and the material is soft and has made an improvement in my lower back and hip.I used to just crunch up my duvet between my knees but obviously this is not good practice as you don't get the comfort you get from this cushion.The strap does hold it in place but would be better if it had some adjustment added to it, simply because not everyone legs are the same size, you also have to slide it up your leg from the foot upwards so possibly a better idea would have been to have a Velcro release strap.

This is my third pregnancy and I suffer with bad pelvis pains plus siactia so when I saw this I thought I'll give a try. And so glad I did past few nights it's carmed my pains down right away and slept brilliant with it can't wait to use in hospital when time comes. It's got a little bag for it to go back in when want to put away! I thought it was going to be hard and uncomfortable but I was so wrong definitely worth the money

Bought to help lower back pain at night:Pillow looks really nice, fabric is nice and soft, memory foam is squishy enough to feel comfortable and the strap is handy for keeping it in place.Only thing is that I tend to move around a lot in my sleep, so when I lay on my back (and swivel the pillow) it doesn't help much because only one leg is raised, so it feels weird and means my back ends up hurting, so I've gone back to just using a big pillow again. But if youre a side sleeper it will work well; it's definitely really good at aligning legs and hips to alleviate lower back pain that way!Great product, just unfortunately not quite right for me and my weird sleeping habits 😅

First night using after over 3 years of sacro iliac and sciatica pain, never sleeping well and waking with crippling pain in my hips, lower back and I can honestly, hand on heart, say that I awoke today without even feeling a twinge. I admit I awoke a couple of times and found I had to reposition the pillow as I had moved around considerably, but being a side sleeper I am in shock that it was likely to have been this all along, and cannot believe trying this was never suggested by my doctor or physiotherapist! It was purely by chance I heard about these, and I am hopeful that I can reduce my pain relief prescribed by my doctor.Thank you!Update : 3 days on and I have no more back pain!

Had knee pillows in the past which have gone out of shape very quickly. This one has a very comfortable cover and works very well. Had it now a few weeks and is holding up very well. Very pleased with purchase. Good value, would recommend to any one suffering back pain or sciatica.

Too thick for my knees so found it uncomfortable but good quality

I got this as I'd already changed my mattress but was still getting lower back pain when I woke. I had read that bad posture in bed can give you back pain, especially side sleepers like me. Upon advice and reading others experiences with knee pillows, I got this to give it a go. I didn't really expect it to be as good as it has been. My back pain is 80-90% better in a morning while using a knee pillow. This one is very soft and the strap is handy to stop it disappearing in the night. I'm really pleased with it.

I have been having some lower back problems and this has to a degree helped with some of the pain when sleeping. It arrived in it's own carry case for easy storage/packing. The cover is removable for washing too which is a bonus. The material is very soft and comfortable. The strap loops over one of your legs so you don't lose it in the night. I am a side sleeper, still managed to lose it a couple of times in the night when getting up to go to the loo forgetting it was there lol. But did relieve some of the pressure on my lower back for a better night's sleep.
