I bought several Rupa Colors trunks and briefs for my husband 86+. The fabric is stretchable and fits snugly. My husband has hernia and the Colors brand provides relief from that as well. 100% cotton trunks do not help hernia sufferers. Colors brand acts as a comfortable hernia belt as well.
