CitizenMen's Classic Eco-Drive Leather Strap Watch, Date, Luminous Hands and Markers, Black Dial, Brown Strap/Rose Gold

I bought this watch from Amazon in March, 2020 and continue to be impressed by it. This watch is a great value for the purchase price. Its attractive, keeps excellent time and is powered by light, even indoor artificial light. One note of caution - it does not have a second hand. I don't find that a glaring omission, but some might.Addendum: I have had this watch for 6 months and I continue to be impressed by it. It keeps almost perfect time. I only reset it once a month by going online to the NIST atomic clock. And I don't miss the second hand.

This is my 6th Eco-Drive, and the only one that truly qualifies as a dress watch. It ships on a brown strap that can easily be switched. I don't have any problems with the strap. Like most factory-shipped leather straps, it's stiff at first but fine thereafter. The rose gold tone is not too "rosy," thankfully, and losing the second hand was a great idea. I've got Eco-Drives that are 20 years old or more and still running perfectly. I expect the same performance here!

Bought this for my boyfriend who wanted to start wearing watches — he can’t have a phone in the secure facility he works in and there are no clocks! anyway, this design is simple and sleek from a well trusted brand, and when i got it the price was amazing. it is a handsome piece that can be worn casually or with a nice suit, perfect everyday high end watch.

My every day watch replacing my old Citizen watch I've had for 12 years. I think I would prefer a metal band though. Didn't want to have a jeweler size it for me. All in all I like this watch very much!

I bought this watch a year ago, change band right away to a spidel. I like slip on watch better. The face was bigger than I expected but got use to it, 40 mm. Who knew what 40 mm looks like? Not me. Bottom sometimes time is off , but now I am making sure that it receives enough light to charge. I like this watch.

I don’t know how well the watch works because I never set it or used it. Please note that there was no misrepresentation because there was nothing mentioned about a second indicator, or lack thereof. I just took it for granted that every watch had a way of displaying measured seconds. Well this one doesn’t! At first I thought that there was no second hand to conserve energy, but plenty of other eco-drive watches have them. Maybe I’m assuming that everyone needs to measure seconds at one time or another, but if you think you may require time measurement in less than 1 minute increments, don’t buy this watch!

Watch looks even better in person. Bought it as a gift for my dad and he absolutely loved it. Perfect for everyday use but nice enough to wear out on a special occasion
