The appearance of the ball is the size u choose before u buy it the pump I wish it was a electric one and not the one u have to manually do but I was able to get my pregnant self into motion after I got the hang of it it is worth the value of money it’s very good for exercise even if u are not pregnant it is durable and easy to use I’ve been loving it as my belly has gotten bigger it also is easy to deflate and put away

I got 55in, I'm 4'11, so I like the size. Probably could've went with the larger size but I'm happy with it. Pump is a lot smaller than I expected, takes some work to air up.

I used this for my pregnancy starting in my second trimester and it is amazing! It was uncomfortable to sit on the couch, so this was a great alternative. I also needed to flip baby from posterior position to anterior and leaning over the ball on my knees was super comfortable and effective!! It held air well, never leaked, and it is very thick and sturdy! I was 190lbs at the end of my pregnancy and often my 25lb toddler would join me on the ball.

I purchased this ball for my pregnancy, I use it for mild stretching and exercises, also to sit on at my desk to help with posture. Good quality! Only thing I don’t love is that I feel like I have to refill with air a lot

I’m due in 4 weeks and thought I could go without a yoga ball and just commit to exercising in the bedroom in the morning and before bed but my pelvic pain was pretty intense a few days ago. It lingered around for 2 days so I instantly made a purchase and have been using the ball since. The yoga ball does not have a weird odor, no leakage, easy to put air in, and the color is soo adorable. Love it!

I got this ball for my wife when she was pregnant, it comes with a little pump which was nice and it seems a lot more heavy duty than most other ones I’ve seen/felt. Also it does have a little bit of heft but it’s not super heavy, just enough weight to keep it from bouncing around the house when the older kids want to try to play soccer with it. It’s been inflated for a few months now and hasn’t leaked.

Bought to exercise my abs without neck strain. Comes with its own manual pump that you pump with your feet. Didn't take long to fill with air. Its a larger size so doing crunches with it is easy. I would buy again and also different size.

I honestly was hesitant but for the price the quality is very durable. I was scared my cat was going to put a hole in it with his nails but this exercise ball didn't tear at all. Pumping air didn't take long but I am pregnant(3rd trimester I get tired fast) so I had my 9yr old assist. My baby was breech position for two weeks and as soon as I got the ball I used it went to the doctors the next day and baby was no longer breech, Its been so helpful with sitting and helping my posture along with stretches too. I plan on using it after my baby is born too! definitely worth the purchaseI!
