Difference in sizes
I bought the first lot a month ago all was 500g each looking at the pic my next order was VERY VERY low in weight. I usually feed one a day to my dog now it's 2 with rice a day.They did reply and it up. Thank you so much

Raw dog food
I didn’t consider how heavy the parcel would be, luckily I had help to move it. Delivery man did point out about weight.

So pleased I discovered this
Unlike most of the reviewers here, I do not raw-feed my year-old dog as our local vets don't recommend it. What I do is de-frost and cook for about 30 minutes each 500g pack together with a cup of chopped carrot, celery, beans and sweet sweet potato, adding enough water to cover, to the consistency of a Bolognese sauce. When it's cool I top half the specified amount of his kibble with the mixture. My labradoodle pup absolutely loves it and is doing wonderfully well on it.

Plastic…
The product seems fine and the dog enjoyed it but the plastic that comes wrapped around it is terrible, it was all stuck to the meat and took forever to get all the bits off. Such a shame to ruin the product with it.

Defrosted
The quality was overall good but unfortunately every pack was defrosted when delivered. So having to be used within 24 hours. ALOT of packs got wasted.

Excellent quality food
Had issues with DHL from my usual supplier. Ordered this as an emergency to feed my dogs who only eat raw. So impressed with the quality and watching my dogs devour it… placing another order. Highly recommend

My dogs both love this mince. Once thawed needs to be used. Good value for money.
