worked, mostly.
It was a good replacement for the failed sensor in my hisense unit, however it now reads 10% lower than actual. Not a dealbreaker just not perfect. I did exchange for a replacement and same issue. Much cheaper than a new dehu either way.

Circuit board did not fix problem
According to the experts a dehumidifier freezes up if the humidity sensor is not functioning properly, the condenser needs cleaning, or the temperature is below 65. The condenser was cleaned with professional cleaning solution, and the temperature is well above 65. I replaced the humidity sensor card and it did not fix the problem. The bottom third of the condenser still freezes up, preventing humidity reduction.
