First off, everything came in my package, I found it easy to assemble, but awkward in a 8x8 foot space (ish), all tools needed are included. I did drop a few bolts because they are smooth but I was able to find them. So be careful if dropping a bolt or screw is a gamble where you assemble it.I'm 6 foot 230 pounds and I feel stable riding it. I use it for steady state low intensity cardio, I really haven't took it to it's limits, but for riding to keep my heart rate up it's been great.The LCD screen and tablet holder is by far the cheapest aspect of it, mine flickered when I first plugged it in, but has worked fine since, in any light, it is very difficult to see the screen. I bike for time, so my wall clock gives me a quick reference for that.Only issue I had was the pedals making a metallic grinding noise on my right leg down pedal, I opened the plastic housing and found a screw rubbing the flywheel that is connected near the pedals. (4th picture I included) once I corrected that it has been very quiet.I did buy new pedals for it, but the ones that are included are fine, I just like biking after working and I just prefer to take off my size 14 steel toes and bike in socks. The included pedals are not really great for big feet or being barefoot.For what it cost vs what I got, I feel I got a deal. LCD screen is a disappointment and the grinding over a loose screw are the only reason it doesn't get a 5 star from me.

Seat is very uncomfortable

Has missing parts in the box and you will not be able to return it. And amazon dose not help you with it so either get insurance or you may hate it that you can't RETURN the box since it missing a bolts. Mine had them missing and didn't know till was all the way at the end when installing top handle and got bs answer bolts are backorder and will take 1 month. Now have to file a insurance claim for only had it for 2 weeks. Also horrible instructions inside the box.I love the bike but annoying it's missing parts and manufacturers are out of stock and the say is out of parts. Plus Amazon supports is garbage for telling here is 25$ and forget about it. Really I have to file a insurance claim since I had it.PLEASE ADD INSURANCE cause you will need it. And or don't install it if anything is missing.

Metal flakes fell from back of bike while pedaling. Also makes a loud noise. I should have looked at reviews. What a waste of my money

The front squeaks as I pedal when I add resistance. It also had some rust on some of the preassembled parts and the water bottle holder is loose becauseone of the screws is stripped. Other than that it seems like an ok bike.

The monitor just blinks does not work I tried to trouble shoot with support and not helpful at all headache of a purchase
