Love! Well, worth the money. The step stayed firmly in place on the carpet while I did my first workout on it, a heavy aggressive workout with weights while stepping all over it, I had both risers on each side. Highly recommend, good quality well-made!

Got this for physical therapy after a broken ankle. Great quality and it was helpful that the height could be adjusted to match my ability as my injury healed.

This is a nice product--sturdy, plenty of room for step exercising. It's nice to be able to adjust the height with the risers. Only problem is its size. It takes up so much room in my small apartment, but my daughter was afraid I would fall off of a smaller one. If you have room for it, it's a great exercise tool. Right now, it's taking up a lot of room in my closet.

Love this. I was surprised at the length of the step. It’s very heavy. It’s very sturdy. I use it for multiple things other than exercise. I think it’s a good price point. You could get a less quality step but if you’re going to be using this for exercise, in my case for reaching things, or using it to balance something while you’re working on it it’s an all-around good product. It’s very sturdy very well put together. The nice thing is you just take the bottom runs off and you can stack them. You can slide them under the bed. You can put them in the closet. It’s really easy to store.

Love this! One of my favorite pieces to use in my daily exercise routine. I highly recommend for anyone working on balance and stability. The larger step makes me feel more confident as I work on my balance.

I originally got this to assist me with getting in and out of bed after back surgery. I'm short, and our bed it high, and I was not supposed to 'hitch up a hip' to get in like I was used to doing. I needed something I could adjust to just the right height so I could step up, turn around, sit, and swing my legs up, with limited torso movement. This worked great, with a broad enough area to step, I did not have concerns about slipping off the edge of a tiny step, even in the dark for a potty run. As I was going through physical therapy, it was perfect for some of the exercises I needed to do, also. Now, in addition to exercise, I use it when I can fruits and veggies, so I have a nice 8-inch high platform to stand on, so I have a better angle to reach into my big canning kettles. It's light enough to be easy to move around and adjust height, but sturdy enough it seems like it should last years. Well worth the cost.

The main concern for an exercise step is whether it will remain stable as you increase the adjustable height. This one performs perfectly . No shimmy or movement.
