Last month I started a juice cleanse. One of the detox symptoms that I experienced was cystitis. I had not experienced this in so many years. However, this time it came with a vengeance. The pain was terrible and was very stubborn. It would not go away. Eventually the pain went to my kidneys and I started to worry as I was doing this cleanse I really did not want to take antibiotics.I got these supplements as a last resort. I saw that it had some great reviews and I thought I would give it a try.After a day of taking them the cystitis went away. On the second day the pain in my back gradually went away today.These tablets are amazing!Even though the tablets are big and hard to swallow. They are so worth it!!!

Fantastic relief from cystitis pain. After first dose started to feel much better. Now on day 2 and nearly symptom free. Allergic to many antibiotics so this is a god send. Have used this for IC in the past and found it eased symptoms tremendously. Great product and arrived quickly.

ok but found them hard to take as they are very big tablets. Even when I cut them in half still find it hard to swallow

I regularly suffer from terrible and painful UTIs and am totally fed up with taking antibiotics every time it flares up.Read the reviews for this product and thought...why not!Felt a UTI coming on yesterday - really bad pain in my kidneys and thought "oh no not again". Dip-tested my own urine and it indicated a problem. So started taking these tablets at regular intervals with lots of water, went to bed with a hot water bottle near my back and have woken up this morning with virtually no pain and feel a lot better.I would LOVE to think I have a natural remedy to this awful infection that really affects my well-being. Watch this space!

D-Mannose is my saviour - it works! I always have a pack of these on hand now for when the dreaded cystitis appears. Antibiotics didn't work but these do. The tablets in this pack pretty big so be wary of that if your not great at taking tablets.

I plugged down lots of water with each tablet as per instructions. However this did not work - Compared to using the powder (which I subsequently ordered) the tablets only provided minor relief, for all the time and trouble of taking them.Felt I'd wasted my time and money purchasing and taking these, and suffering discomfort for longer.

These have helped me so much with my recurring Utis don't get so many now take one morning and night as a preventative unfortunately they have become very expensive on Amazon can get them cheaper elsewhere which I go exactly same brand

Arrived within 3 days to Ireland via Parcel Motel... helped with symptoms fast but will need more... They go too fast!Packaged ok... in flat pack rather than tub which is ok but a couple were broken! Quite big to swallow which is ok to me but some people might find it difficult!Best price I found... thank you!

Ein tolles Produkt. Leider sind die Tabs etwas groß und unangenehm zu Schlucken. Allerdings lassen sie sich problemlos mit der Hand in der Mitte teilen, sodass ich dieses Problem nicht mehr habe.Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass sich die Einnahme auf einmal täglich eine Tablette beschränkt. Was das lästige, sich dreimal am Tag erinnern zu müssen eine Unmenge von Tabletten zu nehmen, erledigt hat. Bei gleichwertigen Produkten ist dies oft der Fall u auch ein Grund warum ich manchmal Kuren leider nicht fortgesetzt habe.Zur Wirkung: ich habe oft mit Harnwegsinfekten zu kämpfen u habe die Tabletten vorbeugend genommen. Seit der ersten Einnahme bin ich nahezu Beschwerdefrei. Wenn aber doch mal ein Zwicken, Ziehen oder Brennen war oder AlltagssItuationen, die meine Blase nicht mag (z.B. Zu lange auf einer kalten Stelle gesessen oder allgemein Unterkühlung) habe ich zusätzlich eine Tab genommen und die Symptome gingen genau so schnell, wie sie gekommen waren bzw es traten die üblichen Beschwerden erst garnicht auf.Ich bin absolut zufrieden und finde es wirklich sehr bedauerlich, dass mir weder meine vielzähligen Urulogen und auch nie die Apotheken zu diesem Produkt geraten haben. Bzw traurig, dass die Ärzte D-Mannose wahrscheinl noch nicht einmal kennen!Ich bin jedenfalls happy!!!

Mir wurde gesagt, dass D-Mannose im Internet viel günstiger sei, als wenn man sie vor Ort kauft und deshalb wollte ich es einfach mal ausprobieren.Diese hier sind doppelt so hoch dosiert, wie die im Drogeriemarkt. Man würde auf eine Ersparnis von 5 Euro kommen.Allerdings habe ich das Gefühl die Tabletten in der Drogerie etwas besser zu vertragen und es wird hier auch nicht auf eventuelle Nebenwirkungen hingewiesen.Zudem kommt, dass die Tabletten sehr groß und daher eher schwer zu schlucken sind.Da sie sehr weich sind, ist es allerdings auch kein Problem sie ohne Einkerbung einfach durchzubrechen.Als ich die Packung geöffnet habe, war ich sehr enttäuscht, dass nur im unteren Drittel Inhalt vorzufinden ist.Dies ist für mich ganz klar eine Verbrauchertäuschung, oder Materialverschwendung.Ich würde mich lieber nochmal durch weitere Angebote probieren, allerdings kann man zu dem Preis auch nichts falsch machen.Daher ist das Produkt durchaus zu empfehlen, denn seinen Zweck erfüllt es.

Der Wirkstoff ist wirklich super, aber diese riesigen Tabletten sind unmöglich einzunehmen! Ich hab normalerweise kein Problem mit Einnahme großer Tabletten Aber dadurch dass sie keinen Überzug haben, sind sie hart und kantig und taten mir richtig in der Speiseröhre weh. Find ich sogar gefährlich! Teilen hat nichts geholfen - jetzt schneide ich sie in kleine Stückchen und löse sie in heißem Wasser auf. Keine Ahnung, ob es die Wirksamkeit schmälert, aber geht nicht anders.

Ich habe keinen Unterschied bemerkt seit ich sie benütze.Es ist aber eher eine Kur (man muß immer eine Pille jede zwei Stunden nehmen und danach viel Wasser trinken).

Schmecken sehr süßlich, was ja auch logisch ist, da es sich um eine Zuckerart handelt.Was allerdings eigentlich leicht zu ändern sein müsste, ist die enorme Größe der Tabletten. Ich kann die wirklich nicht in Einem runterschlucken, ich muss sie zerbrechen.Wirkung ist ok, Blasenentzündung ist seitdem bei regelmäßiger Anwendung nicht zurückgekehrt bisher, toi toi toi.
