Priced right and does a great job
Purchased this crimper to do a solar project on the camper. I've crimped #12, 10, 1, and 2 gauge connectors and end terminals. The crimper makes short work of these, and is especially handy when doing the larger sizes. I did find that for one of the larger sized terminals I had to use one size smaller die to obtain a satisfactory crimp. The spring on the pump handle is nice and makes pumping the crimp piston easy with one hand, when holding the connector or lug in place with the other hand. This small hydraulic crimper was great, and saved me a lot of extra work and worry.

The dies are not true to size and already showing signs of damage
Only made 28 crimps, and the dies are showing a lot of damageThe case has been open five times and I don’t expect it the last much longer

The only thing that concerned me was it included a rebuild kit for the hydraulics. ????
