This large 10" x 5" wheel thrown serving bowl is perfect for so many uses as well as doubling as mixing bowl. This large handmade pottery bowl will make a gorgeous centerpiece. Later you can use it as a mixing bowl where the scalloped edges create a spout, a thumb rest, as well as a place to rest your spoon. As with all handmade pottery there will be a slight variation, each are unique. Our goal as potters is to make functional work that people can have a personal relationship with. When you're serving a handmade dinner from a hand thrown bowl, you will get an understanding of the relationship that you would not be getting from one churned out of a factory.
