Fun little pack, great for kids
My wife and i go on a lot of hikes and our youngest kid likes to tag along. He's always jealous of our sling bags and wants a bag to carry snacks, rocks he finds, leaves, etc. Granted, we bring our bags for stuff we actually NEED and his is for, like i said, carrying snacks and stuff he finds on the trail, but it's adorable and he wants to be like mom and dad. A backpack was too clunky for him and we would have to stop every few moments for him to take it off and put something in. Enter, the fanny pack. This is perfect for him, as he can easily access it while walking and it doesn't weigh him down. The size is just right, not too big, not too small.. it's got enough room for what he needs without getting in the way. The strap adjusts smaller than most fanny packs, and the paracord is very comfortable for him. We also like the fact that it's reflective so we can easily spot him on night hikes. There are more than enough pockets and it's a very durable bag. Especially given how light it is. To be honest, i may end up getting one for myself. Fanny pack taboo be damned!

Really love this waist pack, the colors are great!
TLDR: Really love this waist pack, the colors are great! I am loving the sporty looking style and design as well 😊 I think this is perfect for walking or small events. I would love if there was one more extra pocket in the main compartment just to keep my phone from being scratched up. Otherwise this pack seems durable and as though it will last awhile. It definitely is better used for small events or day walks and not an everyday carry if you like to carry a lot! However if you don’t carry a lot then you could definitely probably use this every single day and be fine. I carry a large bag daily, but love using this when I don’t need as much, so I definitely recommend.

Super Little Bag. Very Lightweight.
My pictures show this Chums Trail Jam Waist Pack on someone who is 6 ft tall with a slender build. It was comfortable and had room to spare as both a sling crossbody and as a waistpack. It was also tried on by someone who is 5'3" with a curvy build. It was tight across the hips and fit much better as sling across the chest. As for storage, this pack fits a iPhone 7plus in a thick Otterbox Defender case perfectly (the black phone pictured.) It also fits smaller iPhones in Otterbox Defender cases (the blue phone pictured.) There's additional room for keys, wallet items, lip balm, etc. with either phone size. You can expect a nice product with Chums, and this one is no different. The stitching is solid and the strap is comfortable, with interesting detail. My only wish is that the strap was longer, for more versatility across more body types. All told, I would definitely recommend the hums Trail Jam Waist Pack to others, with the caveat about the strap length.

Great for Quick Trips
I’ve been using Chums products for years. The reason is the quality and usefulness and this pack is no different. This is great for times when you don’t need a lot of stuff with you. Going out for a walk, jog or even quick trip up to the store.I can fit my wallet and phone with a bit of room left for my keys. The strap is different from others I’ve tried and I like it. It is comfortable to wear around the waist. I have also found this can be worn like a crossbody style bag. I actually like wearing it that way.The colors are great - I picked the gray and orange-teal.

Absolutely my new favourite cross-body bag/pouch
This is definitely something I’ll be wearing around town to carry my ID, cards, and Ricoh GR III plus batteries. Let me explain why.1. It’s the perfect size. I can fit two batteries, my camera, wallet, and keys. I can’t squeeze in any of my sunglasses, but that’s OK since I would rather have something small.2. It’s very stylish, in my opinion. Mostly black with nice little yellow accents. The yellow isn’t too bright. I wasn’t sure about it until it arrived and I put it on. I very much like it!3. The zippers are of a pretty good quality. Not amazing, but rather nice. They have a little cloth flap that covers the teeth rather than leaving them exposed like cheaper zippers.4. The webbing used for the strap is above-average quality. It don’t feel abrasive on my skin. It’s not the best stuff, like what you would find used for seat belts, but it’s definitely good enough for this task.5. The buckle is really nice. I can see it lasting quite a long time.6. The stitching is done properly. It’s not overdone, since it’s just a light pouch. I don’t see any loose threads or flaws in the workmanship.7. The pouch slides up and down the strap, which is really nice because it allows me to adjust the position of the buckles relative to the pouch and the position of the pouch on my front or back.8. The main pouch has a two-way zipper and also a little loop to put a finger to hold it while zipping. A nice touch that too many manufacturers don’t consider.9. The yellow lace used for zipper pulls is also a nice touch.10. Chums is a brand you can find all over Japan, so this reminds me of Japan! It’s not really lightweight for such a small bag/pouch. Not heavy. I don’t mind the weight. I mean, you can’t fit enough to really put a load on your shoulders anyway. The inside fabric sounds a little bit crinkly, but better than average and far better than the worst.I don’t think I’ll use the key clasp. I generally keep my keys in my front pocket because I don’t want them rubbing on my camera.I’ll definitely be using this around town and when I travel. Passport and camera always with me!

Great bag for day trips
This bag is a little on the smaller side but great nonetheless. I had given it to my spouse and we had just recently travelled and tested it out in the big city. It held most of her important items, wallet, keys and phone, but also had room for other essentials like lip balm and mints. I don’t have much else to say about this bag, the construction and quality of materials is definitely an A+, there is a section of the strap that is made from paracord, she has been hanging her AirPods and keys off of it, but I can’t fully tell you how much weight it would be able to hold. All in all, great bag for its price, if it could go lower by a few dollars it would be better. Would recommend!
