Light weight but heavy enough to smooth out a horse riding ring. Works better with a lawn tractor than with a full size tractor. The bars got caught on the tire ribs in a tight circle

I purchased this drag harrow to smooth out the ground after clearing roots and debris from the back of my property, to prepare for planting grass. The ground is relatively level, was free of large rocks branches, etc. When the drag arrived it was poorly assembled. I had to remove the front rails to move them on the chain link. The pull chain was bolted inside the front rails, I had to disassemble it to remove. A bolt in the flimsy end trim wasn’t even on the chain link, had to fix that. So after 15 mins of fixing it out of the box, took it out to my side by side and attached it, and added 2 cinderblocks. I drove 3 feet at about 3 mph. The cinderblocks fell off. I strapped them to the chain link. I took 3 passes with the drag. I got out to check it, absolutely demolished. See pictures with review. 80 something dollars spent and nothing accomplished! Poor value. Poor assembly. Poor quality.

I purchased this drag to use at deer camp on food plots. I was disappointed , the quality is low. The brackets that are designed to hold concrete blocks for added weight , do not keep the blocks intact. The brackets bend easily.Unless you are only using this to skim dirt , don’t waste your money. This is not intended for much over sweeping.

Works great with my four wheeler

This is something I use in my pasture to break up the manure and spread it around. It helps to have cinder blocks on the harrow. This is lightweight so it doesn’t take great strength to hook it up and use it. It’s a fairly simple device but as long as the weight is on top, it does break up manure. Depending on the ground situation, you may be able to use it alone but it depends on what the goal is for the ground and what you have starting out.

Made our driveway a million times nicer

After connecting it to a garden tractor, and using it to drag a driveway, the product self-destructed within .9 (54 minutes) of tractor tach time, leaving parts littered all over the driveway. There were NO lock nuts on the bolts to secure the parts and pieces. The lightweight metal strips on the aft portion of the harrow were even worse: they fell off within about 20 minutes of use.I sent a note to the seller within 24 hours of receiving the product, after my first (and only) use, relating my difficulties with the harrow, and did not hear back; it's now been 5 days since I sent that note.I would definitely NOT recommend buying this product!!

No instruction sheet included. Misc parts included with no explanation on how to use. Bottom plate fell off immediately at first sweep.No videos available on how to attach to lawn mower let alone an Atv.Had to engineer my own way to safely use.Once I did just that ,it worked okay.
