I say if I can fix it then anyone can. It was a simple DIY task and is a very elegant tap. the flow is accurate and pull out spout works as expected. The metal does look durable and expensive. I'd recommend

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve only had this tapIn a couple of weeks and came home to a flood …the tap connector has snapped inside tap cheap material n flooded my house has I was at work n tap hadn’t been used….cannot contact seller for refund 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Works well, a tad wobbly, but nothing to affect use.

The sink has a amazing golf finish that matches with my sink. The stuff that comes in the box is 100% needed and all was easy to install. Very cheap but very worth it runs better than my other one!

The product came well packaged and on the face of it, looked good value for money. The physical appearance of the tap is good; well made, solid and pleasing to the eye.However... The reason for the three star review; the braided hose tape connector was not fit for purpose. I fitted and plumbed the tap in, only to find, when re-connecting the supply, the supplied hose literally spurted water for the back of the connection nut!Obviously this was frustrating, time consuming and ultimately cost more money to sort.This is cheap for a reason - the parts supplied are very poor which doesn't bode well for the tap. Only time will tell for that.***Update***As I thought... The tap stopped supplying hot water after about two months of use.This is an extremely low quality product (which is why it's priced at the level it is). I urge all looking at this product to completely avoiding buying this god awful piece if cheap tat of a tap! Not only is it a complete and utter waste of money, it will also waste your time installing and removing too, especially if you're employing someone to fit (and then remove it).The product fully deserves its one start rating as the whole process was a a complete waste of time and money. AVOID!!!!

Despite some negative reviews, I purchased this tap and am pleased with my decision. After using it for a few months, it has proven reliable. I appreciate the pull-out feature and the availability of two spray options. One spray option provides a bubbly flow, while the other offers high pressure. Operating it is as simple as any regular tap, and the lightweight tap head adds to the convenience. Additionally, its beautiful vintage gold colour complements our kitchen theme. While it's currently in good condition, I acknowledge the possibility of changes in the future, such as potential rust or other issues with the pull-out feature.

The tap is a good price. I received it and returned it so I can't speak on the running of the tap. It was very light and the switch on the spout was a shiny gold plastic. I like a tap to feel heavy and solid and this didn't feel that way at all
