Cute animal blinkys
Love these! I bought the cat version. Each ring has 3 flashing LEDs; 1x red, 1x blue, 1x amber. Sqeeze once to turn on, squeeze again to turn off. They're made of a soft rubber, so they'll fit just about any sized finger. Typically when buying little blinky lights like this in a big package you get duds, but all 24 I received work perfectly.

Cute as a birthday treat toy
The media could not be loaded. I bought the box of all rabbits. These are cute! A bunch of them didn't work, at least six.Two of them we could turn on but not turn off. These lasted about 2 days constant flashing.Theoretically you take it apart & replace the batteries. You will tear the ring and doing so though.Beware the flashing is cool but it is a little nuts! A very fast and bright flash

Defective
All but 4 of these don’t turn off. Used them as party favors and all of the kids were disappointed that they were all defective they turned them on as soon as they got them and of course they couldn’t turn them off which means that the batteries wore out before it even got dark enough outside to enjoy them
