This product isn’t great I didn’t see any plumping just a lot of chilli type heat on lips

Horror !! This Lip pumping serum has already been used !!!
I received the Lip plumping serum today and when I opened the envelope the box was not sealed and I could see that it was not a new one ! There is a discolouration in the serum and the tip of the applicator was also discoloured it had been used. I will be returning this.
