This knife is very good size, seems to be good quality and nice and thick so it won't get easily worn or damaged. It could be a little sharper but it's not bad and cuts pretty easily. Overall I think it's a great knife for the money, I would for sure buy again!

This knife was a gift from my husband. I use it to bone chicken. It is so sharp, it cuts like butter. I am so happy with this product. Everyone should have one!

this knife was intended for outdoor use , to bad it did not come with the sheath as described , now I have to waste my time and go find a Staples store so I can return it for a refund .

The ENOKING Boning Knife title is a bit misleading as it is their Universal Knife, not their boning knife. Even though is it mislabeled, it is still a nice knife. The largest difference is a slight change in tip geometry. This full tang knife is easy to control and very sharp. This knife does not have bolster, which means it is most comfortable to fully hold the wooden handle. I often use my thumb and forefinger above the handle for better control. You can index above the handle with this knife, but it does dig into your fingers a bit. The back edge of the tang is very square which leaves two sharp-ish 90-degree corners. You can slightly feel this 90-degree edge though the wooden handle scales as well. Keep in mind I am being picky here, it isn’t terrible. The blade is slightly imperfect which is awesome. That is the style and look they are going for and the handmade look I like. The black forge finish is beautiful. There are a few slight defects, but they appear to be cosmetic finishing defects, not cracks or structural defects. It just gives the knife character. This knife works great on my magnetic knife block, but I also like the leather sheath as an option. I plan on bringing this knife camping, so it is nice to have a safe way to store it, even though I don’t plan on using the belt loop. The leather is thick and sturdy. It has a snap to stop the knife from accidentally coming out of the sheath. This is a really nice knife. I would give it 5 stars but figured I had to knock one off for a combo of the misrepresented knife style and the square tang edge that takes away form the comfort just slightly.

Bought lots of knifes and this one was the sharpest and cheapest. Was about to buy again but sold out currently.
