Q: If this is a best seller why aren't there any reviews?

Not sure where you are looking but there is over 200 reviews some going back to 2017

Q: How many ounces of juice with the groove hold?

I don't really know as I've never actually measured. However, I have used the butcher block many times to carve all kinds of roasts, and I have used it 2 times to carve a 20 lb turkey, and the 3rd time using it will be today, for a 21.68 lb turkey. I have never had any meat juices run off of the block. Hope this helps.

Q: Are these boards you can put convection toaster oven on and cook?

NO!!!!!!! These boards are bamboo - wood! You might be able to microwave for a minute or so.. but NEVER in an oven!
