I have received this item broken and the liquid leaked on my front door carpet. I asked for refund but could not return the item since it was broken and had to discard it. I like this product and keep buying it.

Scent is not pleasing.
This brand product does the job well, however, I'm not a fan of the lemon verbena scent and probably will not be buying it again. I prefer the Method orange scented dish washing liquid.

This product has no micro-plastics so it is a big hit for me. It is a little expensive but it does the job. I shall continue buying this product.
