Got these to help with weight loss, recommended by my doctor. I didn’t read enough about them. I was shocked at the amount you’re supposed to take at once. For the first week, you take one to two pills like three times a day. It goes up until they want you taking three to six pills!!! And the pills are absolutely huge. I have zero interest in taking eighteen pills a day. I’ve been taking two pills and notice no difference in my appetite level or anything else. Disappointing.

I'm struggling adjusting my body to the effects of this supplement; I don't use the pills; I used the granules, but still have issues with the action of this supplement. Will probably send pills back and replace them with another box of the granules as my body gets used to this supplement. Thank you.
