Awesome product
My neck had been bothering me and my daughter let me borrow her Cotsoco Neck Massager. I loved it so I had to get one too. Comfortable to wear. The heat is nice too.

It does not turn on even if charged
This product is dead, period. Like so many of the other reviews of this, which I should have paid attention to, it simply does not work, even after being charged all day. Looks great, but it is worthless. There are so many reviews like this one, Amazon ought to pull the product. Needless to say, I returned it. Furthermore, why are there pictures in reviews of entirely different products. This is not a hand held massage gun

Directions are extremely bad. Push button for two seconds. Now what. This thing doesn’t even turn on. I was so excited, but no. It’s crap. Returning asap!
