Blue Bird Lenormand

The bluebird Lenormand is beautiful, stunning images and love that there are all the associations on there, Image, card number, playing card association, so if you are new to Lenormand this is a great deck. The cardstocks is brilliant, classic US Games so excellent quality, as a guess something around 180gsm but that is a guess, if you have other US games tarot cards then the cardstock is the same as those. If you only want one Lenormand deck, that will take you from beginner to pro, this is the deck for you. Highly recommend it.Shuffles a treat, the compact size of the cards makes it easier for those of us with small hands. images are clear and the font used on the text is easy to read, even tho it is quiet small. There are also two man and two women cards, one is an older man/woman the other younger so this is helpful for a number of reasons.Classic US games tuck box, very snug fit for the cards tho, so unless you store the little white book seperately, its worth considering getting a spare bag to store them in, unless you are leaving them out on the table.The little white book is good, short keywords for each card and a nice history on M Lenormand which was very interesting.There is a poem on each card deck with a description of the card meaning. It has an open mind and not as negative a 'voice' as 18thC Lenormand deck I had before. These cards are the most unusual of Decks, they virtually spoke to me in a shop years ago, I bought them as a gift for my daughter and instinctively I knew I should of bought one for myself also but didn't and regretted it!! Took a long time to find them and I'm delighted to have found them!!! Blessed to have them!!

Excellent deck !! Love the cards quality. It reminds me of the Smith-Waite Centennial Tarot card stock. Donnaleigh also made very good suggestions to the cards. It only became better than the 1st edition.Having 1 man and 1 woman extra cards is also very handy.

Excellent period illustrations in glorious colours, very clearly rendered, probably the best cardstock of any Lenormand deck I've used so far, well-written LWB, what more could you ask?!?But then, this was put together by Mr Kaplan, so it was always going to be quality...

Card stock is perfect....Love its size. Easy to do a full 36 card spread.
