Excellent masks - really comfortable, effective and easy to wear for long periods.

There seems to be so many masks on the market with questionable specifications due to covid that I opted to buy these 8822 masks as they were shown to come in original 3M packaging. Sadly they arrived in generic brown boxes but the masks do seem genuine. They are marked as made "Kowalska" which is 3M 's Polish factory and valid until 19.08.2025. The masks work well, fit easily and are comfortable. They don't condensate so easily due to the well placed vent. My main gripes are the price, doubtless due to covid, and the strong chemical smell; so much so that they need airing before use.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Did not come in the box shown in the photo. Instead, they were in a plain brown cardboard box (and not individually wrapped). Why can't the product be consistent with the photo? Either the photo should show the plain brown cardboard box they come in; or they should come in the 3M box shown in the photo.Now I'm not sure whether the masks are genuine. They probably are, but the above inconsistency does nothing for confidence.UPDATE: the trader has just contacted me and assured me, with evidence, that the masks are genuine. The mail order version comes in a standard brown box. I'm happy now.

Staying away, this is a repackaged product. This was sent to me in a random cardboard box clearly repackaged which means there is no guarantee they are sterile any longer.There is also no wwy to return this item or get a refund.

The band are to small to fit an adult making it very tight and uncomfortable

To expensive for 5 masks i was expecting a box of 10 not a plastic bag of 5 but it does say five if you look hard for it Will definitely not be buying more of Amazon

Not in the box as advertised. Only in a plastic bag and this is placed in a despatch box. No confidence to use it . Unsure of quality and cleanliness. Waste of money

Not sure if they are genuine. As other have said they came in a plain box and the blue elastic is quite short. They are tighter than the ones I have bought from a proper PPE supplier. But they seemed to work. I don't think I would reorder though.
