Surprisingly effective worth the money
I’ve always used the hylands version but amazon have stopped selling them and I was desperate to find a replacement. After a heck of a lot of research I came across these.I was very sceptical but have been pleasantly proved wrong and for me they do work. I do find I need to take the full dose to work on me but I get relief from RLS within 5-7 minutes.I suffer with M.E. Fibromyalgia, permanent neuropathy, crohns and rheumatoid arthritis
