I first ordered two of these for my friends for Christmas. When they arrived, I was amazed by the quality and how comfortable they are. The quality of the memory foam and materials far exceeded my expectations.My friends absolutely love them.I couldn't help but to order one for myself. It arrived yesterday and last night, I got the best night sleep I've had in awhile with it. It's like sleeping on a nice, soft but supportive cloud. I have a habit of straining my neck in my sleep in an effort to keep my head and neck supported.I didn't have to adjust my neck one time with it.I will say that I do put a small pillow underneath this pillow just because I like to have my head slightly elevated because it helps improve my airway and therefore my breathing.I definitely recommend this pillow 😊

Due to having neck and back surgery, I needed good support on my neck. Secondly, I was told I have sleep apnea and snored. This pillow is good support for me. I can sleep on my left and on my right. I rarely sleep on my back now, so snoring is much less (my husband said so). The only discomfort is that it sleep warm/hot. It suppose to be a cooling foam but does not seem to cool at all. That is why I only gave it a 3/4 star.

I'm really torn on this pillow. I'm currently using it because when I wake up in the morning I don't have any pain, and maybe that's all that matters, but my lord it is HARD as a ROCK. It is not at all comfortable to lay down on, and sometimes I have a really hard time getting comfortable on it before I fall asleep. Still, when I wake up I feel pretty good, so...

Excellent pillow for keeping my head in proper position while I sleep. Nice and firm. Also keeps me cool.

First of all I have like 20 million of these types of pillows from 75.00 to 100.00 plus, I figured what the heck so I bought it and it works, neck ache gone breathe better, amazing for 20+ bucks... im about to buy another for my husband hope it arrives as good as mine.. Love ❤️ it

I ordered this item in December 2023. It was great! Ordered another of exact same item in May 2024 and it is too soft and squishy and not firm like the first one. They got cheap on the product. Sad really that they would ship an inferior product on a reorder.

Great pillow. Well made. Very comfortable. It provides support while still being comfortable. I sleep on my side and getting a good night's sleep with it.

I've been using the pillow for a few weeks now, and while it took a few days to get use to it, my neck is not sore in the morning. It's design is very good, but not excellent as I can only use one side of the pillow- one side is too high for me. The other negative is that it doesn't stay cool for long. It would have been nice to be able to flip tje pillow to use a fresh side, but you can only use one side of the pillow due to its design.

I like my cervical pillows to hold their shape so it supports my neck all night - this is acceptable. But not ultra firm - it’s sort of soft on the edges - overall it holds my head elevated. I do like that, because it’s a little softer, it’s more comfortable on the ears.

Pillows are very personal. This one is perfect for me, the right firmest, height and thermal maintenance.
