My daughter is one of those youngsters who just doesn't think she'll need it or the stretching before doing the marathons and 50 mile extreme runs but I've bought it predominately for my wife's back and secondary for my daughter to take to runs.I've had cramp where it hurts so much I could cry so I know any kind of relief - something to aid circulation is so damn important.It has all the aspects of a sex toy but I assure you it can be used for so much more and the settings are a massive part of why I recommend it- it has some very strong pulses and some relaxing ones.

I've had a few of these and this certainly is not as powerful as I've used before.The vibration seems to be focused around the perimeter, not the head too.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent quality product. Portable mini massager. 20 modes to choose from. Can change the intensity as well. Comes with usb port for charging. Easy to use, sturdy and durable. Waterproof as wee! Will recommend.

There are too many combinations and does not restart where you left it. Very frustrating!

Nice and compact. It has a rubber feel all over it.Very powerful, with multiple settings to adjust for your own comfort, with various vibration patterns and intensity levels.The only unclear area was how to charge it, Tue instructions were not clear and it looked like you need to remove something to get to the charge port.That is not the case, simply push the charger in at the bottom, it's a tight seal but nothing needs to be removed.Nice item.

This is a smaller version of a common handheld massager, and despite it's size is just as large. It does vibrate very strongly and will do the job on sensitive areas.It is quite a noisy low pitched hum so it can easily be heard over other noises. The unit is covered in soft touch silicon and the charger is the needle type that inserts into the bottom of the unit which is fully enclosed and waterproof.

No charging plug was included, but because it’s powered by USB, it can be charged from a variety of sources including wall plug, power bank, computer or phone charger etc. I suggest you charge it on receipt. A red light on the power button will flash as it charges, which will stay permanently on when fully charged. it was dirty when it arrived, despite being wrapped in plastic, so definitely wash before use.Modes and speeds are the same as you find on any other toy of this style so no surprises, just find the one that suits you and off you go.
