Soft and stretchy! I washed before using, no issues. I use them as a substitute chin strap for my CPAP, not only do they work but I pull them around my face a little and they help with CPAP marks! I would love a bunch more!!

Claims it can be used as a headband, and that is mainly what I bought it for. It cannot. It is way too small. only fits halfway around my head. Your head would have to be literally the size of a baby's for it to fit like that.
