Received the bed with damage to the wood. Directions are confusing and took hours to build. Reached out to the sellers within hours they replied back. They provided the greatest customer service and resolved the issue promptly. This is the 1st time Iโve had from a third party seller with the greatest customer service and quick to resolve the problem. Once the bed was built, it is very sturdy and the kids love it. Would purchase from this company again.
