Absolutely fantastic!!! Love everything about this unit/package. Am assisting friend living in huge home with cathedral ceilings that is constant need of assistance whether it be to use restroom, needs meds or even just a simple soft drink. Got tired of yelling through home & lost my voice for three days & knew I needed help. When searching, was thrilled to find that there are now items available. Not only did I purchase this package but also ordered a simple mobile receiver along with an additional push button from same mfg so that no matter where I am within home or outside, I can always be reached. The plug-in wall monitors are pretty loud, even on the lowest setting. Walkie talkies are exceptional having volume control w/ approx 500 ft range. Can hear every word spoken clearly, saving my voice from being lost. Cost of both packages (which can be paired together) exceptional considering what you get for your money. Well worth every penny and then some. Highly recommend to anyone that find themselves yelling across your home in order to communicate with others. Been using for 1.5 years now. Haven't had to replace any batteries so far. Easy to set up and doesn't require anything like wifi or bluetooth. It just works! Only thing I'm a bit annoyed by is that after a power outage, the bell's settings seem to reset. The volume defaults to the loudest setting and the ringtone selection defaults to the "ding-dong ding-dong" option. Also most of the ringtone options tend to sound for too long in my opinion. For my purposes, its practicality and the fact that it functions as well as it does is enough for 5 stars.

I bought a set at the request of my mother. Although skeptical at first, it's super simple to set up and customize the sound options. It comes with batteries already installed on the buttons. You simply plug in the caller boxes into the wall and then press the button and it'll sound off. By pressing down on the side button of the caller box, you can work your way through different sound alerts, choose one, then finalize and set it for your button. I now feel more at ease knowing my mother and father have this set in case they need to call one another due to a medical emergency. Simple mechanics but fair price and utility.

I unexpectedly had to become a temporary caregiver for a family member and I quickly learned that they wouldn't always be able to wake me up if I was needed to assist with going to the bathroom and other tasks. I sought a solution that would be quick and easy for them to alert me directly from the medical bed. This caregiver pager was just what I was looking for. For the price, it was a purchase that didn't need much thought, as it has brought us great value. The connectivity was easy to setup and the adjustable volume was helpful so that I could configure the right amount of sound. It also included a manual bell if they decided to ring that instead. The only reason I'm leaving a 4 star review is that right when you plug in the alarm into the outlet, it immediately begins to ring, which is annoying. Otherwise, the functionality is great, especially since it comes with two alarms and two buttons, which I've installed on two floors.

This deserves 10 stars. My dad is terminally ill, walks with a walker, but cannot speak. We got this before regular falls as he is ventilator dependent and needs to have his headset on in between potty breaks. Falls are serious but his can be dire. We have one pager in our sleeping area and one in the living room. The alarm is like a loud doorbell and even just the one in the living room is enough for a 4 bd house, works thru walls, and loud enough to wake you. Uses: My brother checked my dad on our Ring camera one day, he had fallen, and he immediately connected in thru the Ring speaker asking dad if he was alright - chime for yes. He chimed. Brother asked if he should call 911 immediately. No chime. Brother says he’ll be home in 5 minutes, is dad okay til then. Dad chimed for yes. My brother also uses it for my dad’s showers. My dad likes to get in his chair by himself and then page my brother from outside the door for help washing. The chime even woke me up from REM sleep this morning after he fell trying to squish a spider in the bathroom. We have one on his walker and one in the shower. The waterproof one is still working like Day 1. It’s great that both buttons are paired to both receivers. I wasn’t sure if each button was singularly paired with each pager but it’s preset as one big system. This is the best pager just short of the ones that dial out to emergency services directly.

These are the greatest!! My parents still live in their home, but my dad, age 94, is needing more help with daily care. We put one of these call lights in the bathroom, so if he needs help, he pushes the call button. My mom can now hear his need throughout the house and no longer needs to hover near the bathroom. The second we placed by his living room chair. We placed one receiver on the main floor and the second upstairs. No issues, whatsoever. Even with their not-so-great internet, they have been faithful. So glad we found these!! Definitely worth the purchase.

This comes with two receivers and 2 call buttons. Perfect! Very loud and safe. Brings peace of mind. Easy to set up and use.

Perfect! Easy to get started. Not sure why some people had troubles. Just plug in the base where you need and give the clicker to the person who made need help. It has several sounds to choose from and different volume levels. I love it.

Ordered 2 receivers and transmitters, initially have to pair both of them to ring with any of the transmitter. Range is very very good. Nice product.....just missing fall feature for adults where it should auto alert in case of fall.....anyway does it job well...premium quality........

Ha sido una bendición para cuidar a mi madre que debe estar en cama siempre; fácil de usar, las instrucciones vienen en letra muy pequeña, pero para lo único que hacen falta es para programar el sonido (no lo he logrado);no sirvió un botón, pero no me hace falta , lo demás funciona excelente en una casa de tres pisos, mi mamá está en planta baja y en cada uno de los pisos superiores hay un timbre, se escuchan perfecto, los techos son de losa de cemento y no hay problema; muy recomendable para el cuidado de enfermos, da libertad y seguridad tanto a ellos como a los cuidadores

As fine, effective product for aged and infirm persons with mobility inhibitors. Competitively priced and well made. The only doubt I have is that is not shower proof. But then that would make it a lot more expensive. So. Trade- off. It does the job well with good options as to performance.
