Tiger Balm White 30g (Pain Relief) - NaturalBalm

Larger jar than regular 30g instead of 19g, prefer white rather than red as the red can colour skin and clothes. Used to ease muscles, easy to apply good coverage, and medicated perfume. Been using this product since original "Fiery Jack" went off mainstream markets, and found it a reasonable substitute.

I bought this tiger balm since I red a review claiming this is the original tiger balm. This tiger balm is good, but it's not the original. It's not a fake too. It is manufactured by Olic (thailand) Limited for Haw Par Tiger Balm (thailand) Ltd under licence from Haw Par Corporation Ltd, Singapore. Now, the composition is similar but not the same (i own an original box so I can compare them). This Thai tiger balm works fine, but the smell is not strong as the original so, if you have a flue, it won't help. The cold sensation is stronger, so it happens that, if you're not enough dressed (I mean a scarf if you use it on your neck, for example, or a jacket if you use it on your back), your body cannot fight the cold and you end up more troubled (that's not the case with the original: it resolve the problem even if you're not enough dressed and the cold sensation last lesser). But if you keep yourself warm and you have not a flue it's very good, considering how heap it is. For me it works the best if I use it before I go to sleep. The warm of the bed and a night of relaxing sleep do a good job in helping the balm. I hope my information will be useful. I gave four stars since it's not the original. But it's really good.

This particular Tiger Balm is the real stuff as I'm used to and which I can buy in shops when I can find it. You pay what you get for is the old adage and the same applies here. After having bought some useless "cheaper" Tiger balms from Amazon, which neither felt or smelt like it and went straight into the bin, I learned ,my lesson. I found it pays to carefully check the list of ingredients as these vary from one offered product to another, and now unless the seller lists these I won't buy. This one is good and recommended and does its job, good for almost anything, sore muscles, joints colds, headaches etc.

I had bought this item on the 5th of Aug, 2013, and was unsure if it would arrive, or if the item was real. As I had seen on eBay they kept advertising as their item wasn't 'fake, like the rest.' So it started to make me think, maybe this item was fake for it's price. As when I was in Soho London, a small Chinese medical in remedies shop was trying to charge me almost £15 for the same bottle. I had taken a risk, and thought, if it was fake. It's only a few quid out of pocket. It had arrived today the 22nd of Aug, 2013. So the delivery date wasn't too bad, 17 days. I had quickly tested a small amount across my forehead. The gel becomes a fine oil very easliy, so a tiny amount is all that is needed to spread across my forehead. As I've tried normal Tigerbalm in the past (red jar), this white was a more suttle amount of heat and smell. Kind of like those 'Head Smoothe's' if you've ever seen/used them. I'm glad I had purchased this item, just regret that I didn't buy more than one. Bought from the seller Thaibestsupply, so I can recommend their great service, and rate this item a great buy.

My mom always used to use this when I was a kid and now I understand why. Great for mild pain relief especially back pain when going to bed. I knew what caused my back pain and I didn’t have any red flag symptoms so I knew I could use this. Make sure to speak to a healthcare provider regarding your pain.

I received 30g bottles of red and white balm. I only used the red on some sore calves and boom - 30 mins later was moving better. Doesn't have the smell that you get with something like Deep Heat which is a good thing. Only downside is it is expensive, but then again, balm generally is expensive everywhere.
