Product is unusable… All the painter dried up

The paint was grainy like it have been frozen or exposed to excess heat. I contacted the company through Amazon and they promptly reshupled new paint. I would recommend this paint by number

This is the first paint by numbers I have ever done. I like the product and idea. It makes painting easy and stress free. I did about 30% of the painting in two sittings (about 5 or 6 hours total).I dislike: The canvas you paint on is rough, not smooth, making it somewhat difficult to spread the paint. The rough canvas also makes covering each area hard to accomplish, and I have to go back after the first coat of paint is dry to try and fill in white spots. If the canvas was smoother it would make it easier to spread the paint, and the finished product would look better. Right now it looks good when viewing from a distance, but once you get close you can see the lack of precision with the lines and white spots that are not covered. Also, with the darker paint it drys uneven and looks splotchy instead of a smooth even color. The light colors - it is less noticeable.Overall, t is OK. Would have preferred to have something that would look decent in the end. Not so sure this will look good when finished. Maybe when all the paint is applied it will all come together in the end???

Product canvas was very poor quality. I was unable to remove wrinkles no matter what I did after reviewingmany techniques. On top of that the Paint supplied was all dried up!!!! So disappointing and frustrating!

The painting looks good but the numbers are so small and hard to read. The lines that separate the numbers/colors are not clear. For large areas of one color the numbers are written on the very edge of the area in very small numbers. Too hard to work with, although I like that it came rolled, not folded. It also did not come with the picture of the painting.

Such pretty colors. Looks better in person! Not finished but coming along well!

I like how everything is simple easy and ready to use but thats about it. the paint for over half of them came dried up in a ball of gel. Unusable-tried to add water to them made them worse. I couldn't even finish because the paint was worthless. The paint brush tips were uneven as well I had to cut them to make even. Also they need to invest in shipping containers (the shipping tubes like posters come in ?) made for shipping canvas maps posters ect because they folded the canvas in half when they shipped it and I now have a permanent indent/crease down the middle of the canvas paper.

I've painted more than a dozen paint by numbers during the pandemic and this is the absolute worse.1 - Half of the paints were dried out/very gummy. Some were still usable but not by much.2 - The numbers are oddly placed so I had a difficult time figuring out which paint to use in that spot. I had to repaint numerous spaces because I used the wrong paint!Overall I was so disappointed in this painting that I didn't complete it. $12 out the window!
