We snowboard and so your core and upper body muscles are really in use so this morkout station is great.It's a great little unit as it packs away so will fit in a rucksack for transport. Even the kids have got in on the action and we set challenges for each other.Overall I feel for the price it's set at the right level for the quality. It feels like it will last some time with everyday use.

Brought for my grandson so if he cannot get to gym he can have some exercise at home. He is very pleased with this.

The board is a great addition to my workout routine. It is interchangeable meaning I get to work effectively on all muscle groups. It doesn't appear sturdy, but with body weight on it, it flattens out. I thought it was a good piece of kit for the small price.

This pushups pad comes in a whole useful package, is easy to configure according to your needs e.g if you need bi, tri, or close/wide pushup positions, you can easily change the configuration to target different areas on your arms , back, shoulders, etc. Everything included is useful and then there's a good bag included to keep everything together and the bag is also easy to carry around or take with you on your travels. I found that the workouts provided using different positions on the board are quite useful and targeted. If you do push ups just casually then you'd find the difference straight away between doing pushups with and without using this board. On the other hand if you do push ups as part of your routine then you will still love it. The pack is a good value for money however I think that the quality of the build could have been a bit better. Otherwise a really neat product.

Really good workout, sort a few videos of these online and wanted to try out. Good quality item, it takes a couple of days though as on the first few uses the holes are a little bit tight so I require a little bit of extra pressure to get everything clipped together, however after a few days this eased off.Good workout, an amazing how much just moving in or out a couple of inches can make such a difference to the workout.Good quality, good price, happy to recommend

I received this product through the Amazon Vine programme and this review is based on my own opinions.This is a light and portable board that works quite well. The layout is good to mix up your muscle work and the board folds away nicely. The resistance bands seem a bit of an afterthought and only have a light tension. My girlfriend really likes the board and it works well for her smaller frame so that might be work bearing in mind bit for the price of £16.99 I'd say this board was fair value for money and good for new years resolutions.

I've wanted a board like this since I first saw them, a couple of years back. There are many different manufacturers with various minor differences between the boards; without trying them all to compare it is hard to say which is better, however I think the general idea is super. Especially the colour-coded positions which allow you to work certain muscle groups in particular. This allows even the most novice user to have a good go at a semi-professional type workout (or at least talk the talk on that!)I love that the price is only £16.99 at the time of writing and that it can be folded down and disassembled for storage - this is so good for home use if easy to pack away.The board itself feels strudy to me, both straight after arrival and also when I use it - I am reassured by the strength of the materials although I wouldn't try to rush putting the handles in their alloted holes - make sure they are secure before expecting them to take your weight.The elastic extenders are a nice addition and again I appreciate that the hooks for those pack flat below the flat top profile of the board. However the extenders don't seem to be working me particularly hard so I think i would add wrist weights to use those and see if that gives more resistance.An outlay of just £16.99 seems very favourable to the price of a gym membership, if you have the get-up-and-go to use regularly.I don't know enough about exercise equipment to give an answer to this, but I'm not sure how, say, a young teenager or small woman would fit the same set-up as a 6ft 4 broad-shouldered man. That said, we use those outdoor gyms quite often and they are also, usually, a one-size fits all. Would love to know the science behind it.In the meantime, Four stars.
