Canon Genuine Toner Cartridge 131, Cyan

Good quality ink. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive!

Have an two older Canon printer in our office that can be hard to find these toners in stock at a big box store in town. The real brand name toner for our printer seem to print better and last longer than generics do and don't cause error messages. Great price and fast delivery we live in a large city and often get this same day or next day fast. I added a picture as some people on here are unsure if it is a match for your printer as it is not clear on ours either so posted a picture so you can see if your printer matches that same tray design.

The toner itself is fine and Amazon's price is good. The problem lies in the expiration on the toner. I last bought a black in January and installed it 01/11/17. The manufactured date was 10/20/16. I know this because I have been tracking it. I got a message last week that says "end of Cart. parts lifetime". Of course it is to Canon's benefit (and Amazon's in this case) that I replace often, but it is annoying. I don't see how it can go bad so fast. Even if the expiration is presumably a year from manufacture, the printer jumped the gun by over a month. I don't see how the printer knows the expiration unless it is on a chip or something. Anyhow, it does let you still print, but quality is not guaranteed. The one I got that I ordered here to replace the black one has a manufactured date of 2017-04-29. So, I am guessing it will come up with a warning around March. It is ridiculous that I would only get a half a year out of it. I guess I will have to return and try to find a fresher date locally. At least that way I have more control over how much time is on there (presuming their stock is fresher).One could say that I could ignore dates and print. Maybe, but I shouldn't have to in this little bit of time and I have to wonder if Canon is pulling a fast one here.

Great price for cartridges and work well. Cheap is the name of the game for Office supplies.

This is a toner cartridge manufactured by Canon, so I expect quality, which I'm getting. Only downside is that these are not cheap and negative reviews of other cartridges have persuaded me not to go in that direction. Another plus is that Canon has a recycling program for used cartridges where all I have to do is stick on a downloaded label and take it to a UPS pickup site..

I didn’t have a problem with the quality of the product. They shipped the all my cartridges, but one of the four shipped the wrong color. I ended up with two Magenta and no Cyan. Unfortunately once I was ready to install the new cartridges I realized I was shipped thewrong color too late to return.

This business operates out of a house and it's return policy is not "Amazon" friendly. I searched for a cyan toner cartridge for my Canon MF632MFcdw and a toner cartridge from TLC popped up on my screen, so I bought it. When I received the package, I opened it thinking it was as I searched and as I purchased. However it did not fit.In order to save the return shipping (since I lived close to the return address) I hand delivered the package and was surprised that it was a residence. I later received an email saying that because the package was opened, it could not be refunded and would be disposed of in 7-10 days.I would be careful in ordering anything from TLC. You need to make sure and read all the fine print and the return policy. My experiences with Amazon have generally been good. So now I make sure it's not a reseller before I make a purchase.

Having never had an issue with genuine canon cartridges, we were surprised with the one we received. The first 20 pages printed fine and then every page after came out as a full black page and completely ineligible. I'm sure it was a defective cartridge but thought I would post a review just in case this happens to others. Our printer is a Canon ImageClass MF624C which is exactly what the box says is the toner cartridge is for.

This is the second cartridge I have purchased that gives me the error message: Remove tabs/pieces of tape from the toner cartridge Magenta. I have used ONLY Canon OEM cartridges. I did some research that said aftermarket cartridges often cause this error, so it makes me wonder if these are counterfeit.

Genuine OEM piece of mind. Fits my Canon MF8200c perfectly and it replaced my "Starter Toner". Should last me for a while, since the starter toner lasted me for over a year! Crazy packaging from Canon though--was a big difficult to open but I suppose this is how they ensure a perfect product everytime.

Quality.Wouldn’t buy a compatible ever.Canon is quality!!
