Right part for the job
The right part needed for the job. Bought a tablet PC with lower storage hard drive than I wanted for a good price. This part allowed me to upgrade the internal hard drive with a faster SSD with greater storage for a great price. SSD is working flawlessly so far. Easy installation and the quality is definitely above the price paid.

Dead in 6 weeks
bought the 256gb version. put it in new mini pc and OS drive. Its dead in 6 weeks, have no idea how to get refund. DO NOT BUY!!!! you've been warned.

Shockingly good for the low price point.
More than I expected for the low price point, it gets warm fast but it's not too hot to handle. Works with my Windows 98 laptop as a HDD and transfer device. Definitely worth the money.

After receiving a replacement 2nd drive has same write speed issue
This SSD is great till it reaches 50% full. The first half reads and writes at max speed as seen in the speed test pic. Once the drive is filled over 50% write speeds drop in the bucket. As the pic shows once over 50% the speeds drop in the area of USB 2.0 it hovered around 32 MB/s. It remains there till there was no more room. Read speeds were full speed from 1% to 100% with no change. It’s reads like a champ hovering around 500 MB/s no matter how full the drive was.I also noticed from first attached it reads a temp of 40c when cold. It still reads 40c after a couple hours of reading and writing to the drive. The drive feels much warmer compared to being first attached. I will say it never felt warm enough for overheating concern while I was putting it through its passes.Not sure if I have a defective SATA drive with the write issue and the temp sensor stuck at 40c.UPDATE - After receiving a replacement the 2nd drive had the exact same write speed and temp issue.

Failed on first use.
this drive was purchased to upgrade my laptop but whilst copying the 500Gb MSAT to this 1Tb using the appropriate software it failed half way through the operation. the result can't even recognise that the drive is there. It formatted quite ok initially, (Full format).

Replaced a failed brand name drive in my router. So far so good. It was easy to install and it works without any issues.
