Huge Disappointment
This cookbook has a truly bizarre collection of recipes and is in need of an editor/proofreader. Seriously, did no notice that there is an Orange Chicken with Noodles recipe and Whole Wheat Pizza with Chia Seeds recipe in the breakfast section? Or that some of the recipe instructions call for ingredients that aren't on the ingredient list? There are far better books available for far less money. Don't waste yours on this.

Poorly written but interesting recipes
Didn't realize this was a self-published book until I got passed the cover. Recipes are poorly organized. Total cook times don't add up. The recipes sound interesting, but the book is way too expensive for the quality of the cook book. No pictures inside either.

Don't waste your money. No help with the use of the Cosori
The English is terrible. The titles of the recipes often have ingredients that aren't in the actual recipe. The instructions have little to nothing to do with settings on the Cosori. There just is nothing to go on. I'm donating mine to the book drive for the library.

specific recipes for cosori and with ingredients charts makes it easy to follow
Last month my mom advised me to get a cosori pressure cooker,so I got it and also have got this cooking book to have some recipes to try in my new pot, my daughter asked me to cook Ginger and Shrimps dumplings for her, as instructions are easy to follow I made it easily and my family liked it, I want to try more recipes.

Not at all what I expected
This book is great if you are in to health food. The first half of the book is salads and smoothies and grain breakfasts. You'll have to stock up on quinoa and chia seeds. There are literally no comfort foods in here. Very disappointed! The book is also very thin with not all that many recipes.I think you can find more on line.

This book is a complete waste of money.
The cover is inviting, and the rest is an extreme disappointment. The paper is cheap and "furry". There are NO pictures accompanying the recipes. The recipes are written so that the sauces or toppings are embedded in the body of the overall instructions. The last point that caused this, my first review ever, was the "Korean-style Tofu Noddle Soup". I find no references to "Noddles" on the internet. "Noodles" yes, but no "Noddles". Very poor publication, both content and presentation.

Nothing to Rave about.
I liked the format & design, however, most of the recipes were too elaborate to suit me. They focused on fancy rather than practical. The Internet is a much more valuable source of recipes, ideas, & uses for my Instant pot. It's okay, but nothing to rave about.

Looks nice
Ordered by mistake. Not the one my granddaughter wanted. Looked nice. That’s all I know about it.

Not worth it
To be honest, this book isn't worth the money. The recipes have so many spelling mistakes and are leaving out vital information, e.g. what to actually do with an ingredient listed during the cooking process. I will actually return it since it does not give me much info on the cooker itself either.

You get what you pay for...
This book was disappointing. I did read the reviews submitted previously and decided that I can overlook the odd typo or words missing.Once I downloaded the book and began to study the recipes I realized that the ingredient lists most often differed from the method part of the recipe. One of the Quiche recipes calls for salmon in the ingredients list along with bacon and sausage.... in the actual assembly instructions there is no sign of salmon; instead one adds ham.Throughout the book the amounts in each recipe are questionable as well. Repeatedly the ingredient list does not list coconut oil but turning the page, one is instructed to add "the coconut oil" to the Cosori pressure cooker. And why would one add 1 1/2 cups of coconut oil to the Chick Pea and Mango Salad (5 servings) on page 23.
