Extremely strong chemical odor upon opening the package. I assume it is from the so-called natural hazelnut flavor being very “un-natural.” I agree with the other reviewer that this coffee has a very artificial hazelnut taste to it. I had to toss it after two uses due to the very unappealing chemical odor. I was afraid of what artificial additives in the coffee could possibly be the cause of the odor. Why buy organic only to have unhealthy chemical flavoring added in? Very disappointing.

I began looking for an organic coffee that is certified USDA organic to avoid coffee beans that have been processed with toxic chemicals. My allergist suggested this brand and I have been buying it ever since. We love this coffee and feel it is worth the price. This is the only brand of coffee we buy anymore.

I was really excited about finding several options of Organic Hazelnut Coffee on Amazon. I looked at several ones and chose this item. Upon opening, I smelled a very strong odd odor, I felt optimistic that the coffee would still be really good though. The first sip of the coffee was good, the second sip was interestingly not good and the 3rd sip confirmed that it tastes very artificial aka terrible. I now remember why I'm so picky about my flavored coffee. I wish I had paid attention to the return policy because had I known that I couldn't return it, I wouldn't have bought it. I will not make another pot of coffee with these grounds. In fact, it's so bad that I don't want to give it away. I'm not sure if the odor is chemical but the taste definitely seems like it. I do not recommend buying the Organic Hazelnut Coffee from this company.

I normally drink New England Hazelnut Cyrene coffee. I tried The Organic Coffee Company OCC when my other brand was not available. OCC hazelnut coffee is awesome and I am very picky. German hazelnuts roasted in this light-medium roast is perfect. I will buy this again even-though it is a few dollar more than my normal brand. I have been looking forward to my morning Joe since brewing OCC!

Did not taste like hazelnut no flavor and the listed ingredients did not list hazelnut only a small sticker on package stated hazelnut. It seems like regular coffee

I switched to this brand of organic coffee, I think it was the breakfast blend, but this one came up in my search. I love hazelnut coffee. This is the best. Unfortunately now I can't stand to drink anything else. But hey it's good news to the vendor right? Seriously good value and less acidic than other brands.

Too bitter and did not taste like hazelnut. And it really was gross and stale tasting, had to dump it out. Blah! Been onthe search for an organic ground hazelnut flavor as good as dunkin donuts.....this was a disappointing first try.

It was good for the fist few cups. Then it lost it's flavor. I like a goodflavored coffee. This not so much. The price was good. Probably willnot be buying this one again.
