A very good addition in body training
It is a very simple body-training device to train your muscles in daily life. The bending force is not very large based on my daily use as an average-sized male (5'7"), so you will quickly get used to and love to it. You can excise a few patterns to train different muscles of your body.I typically run 20 cycles for a couple of patterns. After excise, you will not feel fatigue, but the muscles are trained. The key is to excise it everyday.

Order new, expect new product
I received this used product in the original box but because it wasn’t in original packing condition, it didn’t fit in the box. The box was raised up and taped to keep it partially down. When I opened it and there was one bar rapped in a sleeve but the rest was just thrown in the box. It has run marks and stinks like BO. Extremely disappointed!

Did not perform as advertised.
Despite adjusting the spring tension to every available slot, I could not get more than 38 lbs. resistance. And I used a scale to measure resistance values. I messaged the company but they never responded, so I returned the unit for a refund.

Purchased this product, but was unhappy with it due to weak spring. Contacted customer service and they were kind enough to give me a spring replacement. Thank you!

Of limited use
I took me less than two minutes to decide to return this.I agree with others who said the springs are too light. It is beyond me why the company doesn't offer a series of variable resistance springs. Seems like a no-brainer.The creaking of the spring gets annoying quickly and I found myself thinking about what would happen if the springs ever break from fatigue while under tension if they are near any body parts.The curved handle grips: As they are, as you move through the motions, your wrists are forced to bend in the opposite direction of stress. I would like to be able to keep them straight, in line with my forearms, which could be done if the curved handles could freely rotate.The ability to adjust the placement of the straight bars would also be nice.
